Request for Access to Information
Any person who wishes to request access to a record held by BG Investments (Pty) LTD T/A Harcourts Oyster must complete the prescribed PAIA Form C and submit it to the Information Officer.
PAIA Form C is available:
- From the Information Regulator’s website, or
- Upon request from the Information Officer
Requests will be processed in accordance with the timeframes and requirements set out in PAIA.
